WebReady360 is an automated website-audit service that scans publicly-accessible healthcare and eye-care practice websites and produces a report covering accessibility (WCAG 2.2), security posture, SEO, AI search readiness, page performance, mobile responsiveness, and patient-booking flow.
Our crawler operates the same way Google, Bing, and other legitimate audit tools do: it fetches publicly-accessible pages, analyzes the HTML and public assets, and compiles a report. We do not access anything behind a login, patient portal, or authentication wall.

Some checks, such as mobile and browser tests, identify as an ordinary browser, and some requests may come through other networks, so not every request carries this header.We audit healthcare practice websites in advance so we can deliver a comprehensive report immediately when a practice owner or manager requests one — usually via a QR code on a mailed postcard, or by entering their website at webready360.com/scan. The audit itself is generated from your publicly-visible pages; the report is only ever emailed to the address the practice owner or manager provides.
