WebReady360 is a service of Lunovus LLC, 729 1st Ave N, Birmingham, AL 35203. This page explains what we collect when you visit our site, ask for an audit or buy one, and what we do with it.
What we collect

| Use one of those forms or open a postcard link | A shortened, scrambled version of your IP address. The forms also record your browser's description. We use these to limit abuse and to record that a postcard link was opened. |
| Sign in | Your email address, when you signed in, the audits you have left and have used, the websites you asked us to audit, and your reports. |
| Buy an audit | Your website address, name, email address, phone number, address and card details. Your card goes straight to our store, and this website never sees it. |
| Book a call | Your name and email address, plus your phone number, business name and website if you gave them, through our booking provider. |

Please do not put patient or health information in a note or chat. We do not ask for it.
What an audit reads
An audit reads the public pages of the website being audited. It may record public business details, and public email addresses found on that website or through an email-finding service. Page content and screenshots may be sent to AI services for analysis.
We sometimes audit a business's website without being asked, and offer the report to that business. Read about our scanner and how to opt out.
How we use it
- To run audits, deliver reports and keep your account working.
- To reply to you, and to follow up about the audit or call you asked about, by email or by phone at the number you gave.
- To limit abuse and keep the service secure.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.

We also use our own Lunovus tools, which can look up a business's audit and report link. We do not sell your personal information.

You can turn off Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
Report links
Anyone with a report's private link can read it without signing in. If you share a link, we cannot control who else sees it.
How long we keep things
Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes. Google Analytics keeps its data for the period set in our account. We keep everything else until it is deleted.
Your choices
- Stop emails: reply STOP, or use the unsubscribe link where an email has one.
- See, correct or delete your information: email jcollier@lunovus.com.
- Other rights: depending on where you live, you may have more rights over your information. Email us and we will help.
Children
This service is for businesses and is not meant for children.
